AI in quality management: patterns instead of single cases
Every complaint is handled. Rarely does anyone ask what twenty complaints have in common. Onagero puts complaints, inspection data and production data side by side, so that this question can be asked in minutes instead of days.
- Runs on your server
- Your ERP stays
- GDPR ready
- First result in weeks
In short
With Onagero, your quality management builds its own tools: a complaint analysis across customers, items, batches and lines, and an evaluation of your inspection data against tolerances. The assessment and every action stay with your QM. Free texts are read, and names in them are masked.
Tasks in Quality
Each task is a possible pilot with its own goal and its own acceptance.
What matters
Free texts are the real source
In complaints, the important part is often in the free text. A language model can organize such texts. Your QM checks the classification before it becomes a category.
Linking beats statistics
The value lies in connecting the complaint with order, batch, line and supplier. That works only with clean keys, which we check in the pilot.
No automatic release
Onagero does not decide on blocking, release or recall. It shows what the decision can be based on.
Typical mistakes
- Letting an AI “detect” failure causes without your QM having defined the categories.
- Evaluating complaints without linking them to batch and line.
- Moving certification-relevant records into a tool that is not part of your document system.

Start with one problem.
Keep the capability.
No AI transformation. One real process, solved on your data in a few weeks. Your team solves the next one itself.
Questions about AI in Quality
Does Onagero replace our CAQ system?
No. Onagero reads from your CAQ system if it has a released data source, and links it with other data. Documentation and evidence stay in the CAQ system.
Can Onagero write 8D reports?
It can prepare drafts from the existing data. An 8D report is owned, reviewed and released by your team.
What happens to names in complaint texts?
In the development stage they are masked. Masking is a technical measure, not complete anonymization; we describe it precisely in the data path.
Is this relevant for IATF 16949?
An evaluation tool does not replace processes the standard requires. If it prepares decisions, it belongs in your documentation. We provide a description of the tool and its sources for that.

your team solve first?
