Automate shift reports: the handover writes itself from the data
At the end of every shift, someone writes up what ran, what stood still and what is open. Most of it is already in the confirmations. Onagero compiles the report from them, and the shift only adds what no database knows.
- Runs on your server
- Reads only, never writes
- GDPR ready
- First result in weeks
In short
Onagero compiles the shift report from the shift’s postings: quantities produced per order, scrap, downtime with reason, orders started and completed. The shift supervisor adds remarks in their own words. The next shift and production management read the same report.
How your team describes it
Your experts say what they need in their own words. Onagero finds the right data and builds the tool in a test stage; after your release it runs in operation.
„Put together the shift report from the confirmations. I will only add what is not in the data.“Automate shift reports, as a tool in the browser
What the tool takes over
Three steps done by hand today. The tool your team builds with Onagero then does them itself.
Compiling
Quantities, scrap and downtime of the shift are pulled from the confirmations, not copied by hand.
Adding
What is not in the data, for example tooling that sticks or an agreement with maintenance, the shift adds in its own words.
Handing over
The next shift sees open points at the top; production management sees all shifts of the week side by side.
Typical situations
This is what the value looks like day to day.
Handover at six
The early shift starts and knows which orders have been started and what happened on machine three, without looking for a slip of paper.
Monday after the weekend
Management sees the weekend shifts on one page, instead of collecting three reports.
Query from sales
Was order X finished yesterday? The late shift’s report answers it, with the posting behind it.
Recurring problem
The same tooling appears in three reports. The tool shows the pattern before anyone notices it.
Which data is needed
- Shift confirmations: quantities per order and operation
- Scrap and downtime postings
- Shift calendar
- A remarks field that the tool provides itself
Only what your IT releases is read. Names are masked in the development stage. How the data path works
What you end up with
A shift report in the browser that fills itself at the end of the shift, is supplemented and released by the shift supervisor, and is then readable by everyone with access. Older reports remain searchable.

Start with one problem.
Keep the capability.
No AI transformation. One real process, solved on your data in a few weeks. Your team solves the next one itself.
How your price is formed
After the demo you get a fixed offer. Scope, goal and price are set in writing before it starts.
One real problem, the data sources it needs, your Onagero environment on your server, and the first solution, built with your team and measured against the agreed goal.
- Scope, goal and price in writing before the start
- First running solution in a few weeks
- Your data and results stay exportable at any time
Operating the platform on your server: monitoring, reviewed updates, backup and rehearsed recovery, and maintenance of the connections when systems change.
- Begins only once the start has reached its goal
- Your team builds further solutions itself, in the same environment
- Roles, releases and logs included
What you can rely on
The tool reads, computes and shows. These things it never does, and that is in the contract.
- The report does not replace mandatory documentation, for example on occupational safety.
- It does not assess people. It shows what happened on machines and orders.
- It does not invent remarks. What the shift does not enter is not in it.
Questions about Automate shift reports
Do shift supervisors have to sit at a PC?
The tool runs in the browser, also on a tablet at the line, provided the device can reach your internal network.
Can remarks be dictated?
Text input is the standard. Whether dictation makes sense on your lines, we check together in the pilot, depending on noise and device.
What happens when postings are missing?
The report shows which orders in the shift had no confirmation. The shift can post them late while it still remembers.
Is the report written in a language that everyone understands?
The interface is in German. The tool can translate remarks written in other languages; the original is kept.
How long are reports stored?
As long as you decide. We fix the retention period in the pilot together with your data protection team.
